RMPA Members will have the opportunity to vote for their preferred candidate online or in person at the AGM, this will open the voting process up to far more members. Online and Virtual Voters will require to submit their personal details including RMPA Membership number as part of the voting validation process.
To vote online, individuals have to pre-register so we can confirm eligibility and verify their RMPA membership number.
Trustees can confirm that the applicants have submitted the required documentation in support of their applications and we recommend that you view their application video.
Vote Registration
Note: Individuals will be required to pre-register to vote online by completing this form, we can then confirm their RMPA Membership or issue them with one to confirm their eligibility. They will be sent confirmation of their RMPA number and the online link which will allow them to vote, which will be a blind link on the website.
Online Voting
Note: This will be a blind link on the website and individuals will need their RMPA Membership number to vote, this can be done up to the the AGM when the voting will close as per our published timelines. One vote per person
either online or at the AGM, which can be audited and verified. The online voting information is collated in a database and I will also set up email / PDF notifications.
We will print off and use the same form for the AGM voting and these will be combined with the online votes
Candidate Application Video
Note: Candidates will be requested to dial in to record their candidate promotion video, which we will keep to a set time and with the same structure as their application submission. Once completed they will be posted online
with a copy of their application information.
We can also put to them any questions members ask, which will be recorded but not posted online but their responses will.
