Requirements
Ideally provide the best quality images you can by scanning photographs and documents at the highest resolution you can, if you are unable to do so please photograph them as best you can (something may be better than nothing).
Submitted material can include photographs, documents, maps, or other memorabilia that may be of historical context.
Provide as much information as you can on the submission so where a photograph was taken, date, subject matter and names of individuals where possible.
Please do not submit possible sensitive material.
By submitting the material you have legal copyright and that you agree that the Museum may use it as part of their archive.
Images should ideally be based on operational duties and not photographs of mess related activities.
