We can add additional information on the project and what the Museum requirements are. 

This may include ‘idiot’ guides to submitting images, image quality, annotations, documents. Guidance on what you are ideally after so people are not submitting lots of pictures from the Mess or general scenery with no contect. Donations of original material including artifacts with submission forms.

Q&A section

Submission information will be held online in a database with data emailed to pre-configured recipients in PDF format. This will require me to upgrade the data collection tool at a cost of $30 per annum.

Participants can be given an automatic participant refernce number

With the images & documents I can also look at a bulk upload option, where we can send people a dedicated upload link using something like WeTransfer or Google Drive  

An example data capture tool can be accessed by clicking the Take Part button, which I have structured to capture what I consider to be some of the basic key information. This includes functionality to repeat Operational tour sections so if someone served in Bosnia, NI and Afghanistan they can add a section for each one or multiple tours on the same operation.
